I guess being humans, we can never be satisfied with what we have.
I am sure that the internet connection in some other 'truly 3rd world' countries is worst off but at the moment, please allow me to rant.
I am not blaming the customer service rep to tell me inconsistent tbas for the issue. I am sure the fault here lies with their tech engineers.
